Chronos grew out of an idea Nadav has chased for years: the digital twin. His earlier company, Geome, built an AI model of how a person actually works — learning from what happened on their screen — to create a digital clone of an employee. Chronos points that same thesis at an entire company: rather than clone a person, it clones a company's motion — its ideal customer profile, its voice, its follow-up discipline — and runs it autonomously, starting with go-to-market. Founded in 2026, Chronos is now used by 3,000+ companies.

Before Chronos

Nadav is an engineer by training, and his background runs through some of the most demanding engineering environments there are — aerospace, defense, and national-security systems — before he founded and exited an earlier company.

• NASA (Kennedy Space Center) — electrical & robotics engineer: haptic astronaut-training glove systems, microgravity simulations, and a robotic haptic hand built from scratch.
• Central Intelligence Agency — physicist on satellite and ground-control systems (details as clearance permits).
• U.S. Department of Defense — nuclear & electrical engineer: radiation-survivable microelectronics for defense systems.
• Weel (YC S24) — hardware & firmware CTO for a MagSafe-compatible wireless car charger.
• Built Chronos as part of Entrepreneurs First (F25) and The Residency.

He holds an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
