We collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and usage data from within the Chronos platform. We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.
Your information is used solely to operate and improve Chronos, to personalize your AI digital twin, send product updates you've opted into, and provide customer support. We use it to make the product work better for you.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data infrastructure. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
We work with trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, payments) who process data only on our behalf and under strict confidentiality agreements. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
On our own website we use a reverse-IP lookup to identify the company or organisation a visit is likely associated with, so our team can understand which businesses are interested in Chronos. This is company-level only — we do not identify you as an individual, and we do not resolve a visit to a named person or their email. We process the visitor's IP address to derive the owning organisation and then discard it: we do not store your raw IP address (we keep only a short-lived, salted hash used to avoid double-counting), and company-level visit data is retained for no more than 90 days. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in business-to-business marketing. We do not use cookies or device fingerprinting for this, and we honor browser Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out. You can object to this processing at any time by emailing us below.
