Chronos is on a mission to capture all realms of human consciousness, every meeting, conversation, and insight, and turn it into structured intelligence that machines can learn from. We believe the path to superintelligence runs through human data, and we are building the infrastructure that makes that possible.

Who We're Looking For

We are not looking for someone good. We are looking for the best people in the world. The most crack software engineers, go to market minds, and designers on the planet. If you operate at a level most people don't understand, and you know it, read on.

We don't care how many years of experience you have. We care that you have a cool background, that you've done something that makes you seem smart, or that you're simply the best in the world at something. We are open to new grads, people currently in college, and even people still in high school. Just show us how smart you are, the craziest thing you've ever done, or the one thing you're the best on the planet at.

Early on we made a mistake: our filter only screened out the people who failed the initial tests, and a bar that low isn't really a bar. Passing here can't mean "didn't fail." It means clearing a system built for exceptional people. If you're the real thing, all nine of these describe you:

7. High EQ and taste. Emotional intelligence, plus a real eye for design and UX.
8. Something unique, or a little crazy. The one thing that makes you top 1% on the planet at it.
9. Accountability, action, and authority. You own the outcome, you move, and you can be trusted to lead.
